Can select shipping method

Hello,

so, everything was working perfectly in my shop, but yesterday I found that new customer can’t select shipping method in cart, because there are no methods. But when customer goes to checkout page – there are all shipping methods, which are enabled. And when he goes back to cart – there also appears all these shipping methods. He can’t see it only if he’s visiting my shop first time ever.
Any solution?
Oh, and yesterday I fount log which says “Please set some HTML first before calling emogrify.” Maybe this log are related to my problem?
I tried to install new woocommerce files, but nothing changes…
