    it’s a strange issue. Other emails works good? I’ve tested it on my local installation and all seems to works good. Have you plugin that manage the email functionality?

    I’m getting the same error message. I am using the smtp email plugin for SendGrid… could this causing the error?

    Yes, disabling the SendGrid email plugin allows the waiting list emails to be sent.
