    Hi There

    I managed to implement this flawlessly, I had one or two undefined index issues, but I’m comfortable diving into the core code as I’m slowly modifying it for a project I’m busy on.

    did you wrap the taxonomy setup in a function add it to the init action ?

    Umesh’s plugin User Tags Looks great as well, though it seems a little more involved, depending on what you’re after.
