Can someone check my widget logic code, I think I'm going cuckoo!

I have a (wp-property search) widget that I don’t want shown on this page – https://studentpropertyworld.com/property/propertysearch/

So I have added the following line to the widget logic box for said widget:
!is_page(‘propertysearch’)

But the widget is still showing on the propertysearch page, as well as the pages it should be showing on (like this one).

I know the widget-logic plugin is functioning okay because I’ve used it elsewhere on the site.

I tried putting in property/propertysearch/ and the page number but neither worked.

Help!

P.S I have tried added <?php wp_reset_query(); ?> to the page in question.
