  • Hey there, @grouphowto! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you use (or have used before) any plugins that can edit the user roles on your store?

Have you tried a different browser/device/internet connection to see if the issue persists?

Are there other admins on your website that can test if they get the same error?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello Jack Lamters,

    Thank you for your reply.

When you say “i remove wp_option related pinterest for wommerce plugin“.
Do you mean you followed the steps suggested in this topic?

Here is another post from a 3rd party blog.
I suggest that you try option 2 and 3.

If that does not solve the problem, share your site’s System Status Report with me.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello Jack Lamters

    Thank you for your reply.

To run a query on the database, you need to access your server.
This can be done by accessing the portal provided to you by your web hosting provider.
Could you tell me who is your host?

I think the link got removed from the last message.

    Hey @grouphowto,

First, thanks for reaching out with this issue and helping troubleshoot it!

A new version was just released on www.ads-software.com, v1.3.25. It should restore access to the plugin’s admin pages.

Please update and let us know how that works.

    Cheers,

    Justin

    Hi @grouphowto,

?The update has been fixed the issue.

Glad to hear the update fixed the previous issue.

But now i got this error.

Just to have a better understanding, are you able to describe at what point does the error show up in your dashboard?

Also, if you’ve not already, please enable debug logging by heading over to Marketing?>?Pinterest > Settings > Advanced Settings > Debug Logging, then save the changes and share with us any error logs generated under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Looking forward to assisting you further.

    Hi @grouphowto,

Thanks for sharing the logs with us.

Looking at the shared logs, the issue seems between your connection between WooCommerce and your Pinterest account.

As a next step, please try deactivating all other plugins only having WooCommerce and Pinterest as the active plugins, then try making the connection with your business account as detailed here.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hello Jack Lamters

    Thank you for your reply.

The problem appears to be with the Pinterest account.
Could you log into your Pinterest account and check if there are any notifications?

I suggest you disconnect (unclaim) the website from your account and try again the connection process.

Let me know how it goes. ??

    Best regards.
