Can SSO use pre-windows 2000 username?

  • My clients currently can’t use SSO with their older accounts due to it using pre-windows 2000 username.

    Am I able to change that so that SSO can use the pre-windows 2000 account name and suffix rather than the latest?

    They can sign in fine due to it using samAccountname but for SSO it won’t work due to the above.

    Using the “Account suffix” option from Configuration > User should solve your problem.
