    Hello!

I had a question that I haven’t been able to figure out myself. On our website we are using WooCommerce Subscriptions for memberships. Part of the functionality of that plugin is that it changes the user’s permission role (either to “Member” or to “Customer) based on whether the user has paid their annual dues or not. Since our membership model is meant to be paid by Organization (with multiple users) rather than just per User, I was wondering if the Subaccounts for WooCommerce Pro plugin provides the functionality for having the sub-accounts automatically take the user role of whatever the Parent account has.

So for example, if the membership expires then the Parent account’s user role gets changed back to “Customer” along with the sub-accounts, but if the Parent account user renews the membership, then their user role, along with the sub-accounts, would be switched back to the “Member” role. Is that possible with this plugin?

Hopefully my question makes sense, but let me know if I need to clarify.

    Thanks!
    Mitch

    Hi @mance-creative,

    Thank you for reaching out!

This should be possible but would require some customization. If you are using Subaccounts Pro, please contact us via: Dashboard → WooCommerce → Subaccounts → Contact Us.
