OK, no “mu” plugins.

MU stands for “must use”, plugins which cannot be disabled and do not appear on the dashboard.

That GeoIP line in your .htaccess indicates SOMETHING cares about where users are coming from.

Umm… I thought ‘mu’ referred to ‘multi-user’ from the days when it was a separate fork of WP core as opposed to Multisite.
