Can' t log into Admin panel

  • The last time I was in the Admin panel was 9/2010 … since then have had some health problems and just getting back to work. Up until a few months ago I did regular updates/upgrades of WP. This past week I wanted to get my WP updated so when I tried to log into the site got the following message: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/pnwweb/public_html/MOVEONUPONLINE.COM/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2508″

    I went into my cpanel to see if I could see any problems was disk space usage and found that I was using 3 times the allowed space. The problem was the unix “core” files had been placed into the public_html folder. (example core.1273, core.13352 etc). The provider removed those files and my disk space is back to where it should be however I still get the same message when I try to log in to the admin panel. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I can update without going in to the admin panel or do anything else with the site.

    try:

    Have you tried:
    -clearing cache in your browser. To clear cache in your browser, press clrl+f5 keys simultaneously. Also, try different computers / different browser.

    -contacting the webserver again.

    -deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down and possibly fix the problem . If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit

    –increasing memory available for php.
