Can terminology be changed e.g Event to Walk and Venue to Meeting Point?

Hi, thanks for your response.
I have been following the first link in your list of guides which refers to copying and editing .po and .mo files.
On inspecting the relevant directory I can find only .mo files which I believe are the compiled version of the .po file.
I think only the .po files are editable.

Do you know where I can located the .po files?

Hi @pete1889, apologies for the delay here. We do not recommend updating the default file, whenever there’s an update it would be removed. However, you could explore the file here:
the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar.pot

Thanks, I will look into this. I am struggling to get to grips with POEdit but hopefully I will be able to progress.
