Can the Cache component be turned off?

Hi. I want to try Swift Performance for my site, however I use Kinsta hosting and they don’t allow most cache plugins.
Is there a way (or option) to turn off the cache component in Swift Performance so that I can still use the other features?
I mainly want to use the Gravatar cache, image optimization, and plugin organizer.
I am hoping this could be a single replacement for WPRocket and a bunch of other plugins I use.
