Can the chat be turned off and only email?

    I’m wondering if I can turn off the chat features and just have it auto email the comment/questions.

    You could leave the chat window offline – this will allow your visitors to send you an offline message which will be emailed to you.

    To configure offline messages, go to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Offline Messages’.
