Can the Chatbot use the same chatId used by API ?

    Dear all,

    Can I assign the chatId used by API user to the Chatbot on WordPress for the same user ?

    Can I set one Chatbot User on WordPress to use the same chatId used by the API user for synchronization of conversation by putting codes in functions.php or configuration of AI Engine ?

    Dear all,

    Please ignore this message because I have already successfully designed one Web Chatbot with the same chatId between all my applications via the AI Engine API instead of using the default ChatBot of AI Engine. All my applications are using the same chatId so their conversations are all same.
