Can the elevation chart be hidden?

I’m using this great plugin to share GPX logs that were taken in a boat, i.e. at sea level. My GPS signal fluctuations are at times +/- 25m, which makes the elevation chart superfluous and misleading. Can I turn it off somehow other than CSS?
