Can the exclusions be used to whitelist keywords?

Can the exclusions settings be used to whitelist certain keywords? For example, I know that if someone leaves a comment where they mention certain people by name, then they are definitely insiders and their comments should be approved. I would like to whitelist, or include in the exclusion settings, those names. It’s possible that the “Forms Signs Exclusions” will allow this, but apart from the help text displayed when clicking the ? in the plugin settings page, there isn’t any more information to guide me on the CleanTalk website about that particular topic.
