Can the form send through page title the form is on?

    The lead source supports using %URL% as the lead source (which will be replaced with the form embed url), but SF inexplicably limits the lead source to 40 characters. So if you have short URLs that could work for you.

    Page name could be placed into a field via a filter (see the readme), but there’s no built in support at present. I’m planning to add some global merge tags that you can use, but development hours I can devote to this plugin have been few and far between lately.
