Can the picture show in each blog entry when scrolling down

Hi,
My daughter is using this beautiful Lifestyle theme for her blog. Is there any way that the picture she puts in each blog entry appears as someone is scrolling down her blog (before you press read more). Would be much nicer for her purpose. If I choose another theme that does this, I lose the nice aesthetics of your theme. thank you
