Can The popup message be translated with WPML?

    I am using your wp popups plugins and it’s perfect thanks, I am using the free version.
    Can the popup be translated with WPML? if yes how? because I tried everything and couldn’t find out how to translate it..

    Also how to stop the popup message from showing to the user who already closed it once?
