    Hi
Thanks for the HD Quiz Save Results plugin.
Is there a way to re-set or delete the results?

    Hi lawriem1,
a future update will allow two things.

    1) remove individual results
    2) remove all results

However, for now, you can delete all results by logging into your site going to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options.php and then looking for an option called hdq_quiz_results_l. Deleting all of the text in there and then selecting “save changed” (located allllll the way at the bottom of the page) will clear all of the results and allow you to start from scratch.

Thanks for taking the time to reply but unfortunately I do not have an option called hdq_quiz_results_l in options.php

In fact I searched the whole domain with no result.

    Hi lawriem1,
    that should be impossible!

Just to confirm, the page you are on is yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options.php

This page should be a super long page that contains ALL meta saved to your sites options table and it is a default WordPress page – not created or controlled by HD Quiz in any way.

If you are using this addon plugin, and there is at least one result saved, then your site WILL have an option called hdq_quiz_results_l.

Please confirm that you are on the options.php page. If for whatever reason you still cannot find it, I’ll record a quick video demonstrating how to get to this page and how to find the correct option. Please keep me posted!

Sorry. I have just tried again but no luck.
I used WinSCP to ftp into the site and opened mydomain.com/wp-admin/options.php and cannot find hdq_quiz_results_l

    That explains it!

I don’t want you to edit the file, I want you to actually navigate to that page using your browser.

Log into your site. If your domain is, for example, wordpress.com, then when you log into your site, I need to you type wordpress.com/wp-admin/options.php into your browser to see that actual page.

    Aaaah. All sorted now.
    Thank you.
