Can the space above a single line of page text be changed in 'text' editor?

Gidday people

I’d like to change the amount of space above a single line of page text.

The single line of text is below a bullet list. The single line is appearing double-spaced after the bullet list even though the text is added in the text editor on the line immeditiately after the bullet list.

I am hoping there is some code I can add to the beginning of the single line in the text editor that will cause the line to move up to the line immediately below the bullet list.

Any suggestions?? Cheers ??
