Can the user last name be inserted in AMR Personalise?

Great program. I’ve wanted to personalize my site for years and AMR Personalise finally made it happen. Thanks.
As usual, once I get what I want – I want even more. ??
If possible, I would like to insert the user LAST name as well as the first name. I would like to post some content where the user can see their first name is some places, and their full name in others.
Is there a way to do this?
