Can this be done?

    Since new season is on the brink. I will be organizing EPL prediction on my site.
    But I want to know if these things can be done or not:

    Include three option in each prediction page ( not individual match but gameweek matches)
    Options are
    -Twins
    -Double
    -Shield(not important)

    If the user ticks twins and predict, that user will get same point next gameweek too, no matter if the user predicts next week or not.
    If the user ticks double and predicts, user will get double pts of predictions.

    And these option can only be used once in whole season.
    Can these be done by us?
    any tips?

    This will take quite some custom work. Because you want to put the options on a match week instead of a single match, my first guess would be to attach the functionality on the match types. Match types are a means of bundling matches in the plugin.

    Besides storing some extra values for the predictions, you’ll also have to change/overwrite the calculation method.

    I would suggest to write down the basic idea and where it ‘touches’ my plugin. Then search through the code to find if you can use any filters/hooks so you won’t have to change the plugin’s code.

    Don’t really have any other tips.

    It will be okay for individual match too. I wont go for week. As I am gonna put up just 2-3 games in a week(coz of slower calculation in later stage).

    Yes. I just want to change/overwrite the calc method by the method user choosed the option. Can you help me?
