Can this be done with woocommerce or do i need an addon

This exact layout is not possible with the WooCommerce core plugin.

To display the variations like this you would need to either use a theme that had this feature or a plugin that added this feature to your website.

Also, from what I can see on the website, it seems the options are not only variations, but there are some addons you can add to the product, correct?

I am using Elementor pro with theme builder single product page.

Can the layout be the same as in the link provided when using elementor and Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce?
