Absolutely, complete details are provided in the plugin documentation (Installation tab, about halfway down the page).

The form submits posts, which are stored in the posts table of the WP database. Custom fields like email and URL are stored in the post meta table. To view the data at any time, you can visit the “Posts” screen in the WP Admin Area, where you will find all submitted posts.
