Can this plugin display “or Best offer”?

Yes this is possible by updating the text using the JavaScript callback function.

Please note however that this is not ‘smart’ and the text will be displayed even if the best offer feature is not available for a listing.

And for our implementation, the fact that it is not ‘smart’ is inconsequential because all of our listings have the Make an Offer option.
