Can this Plugin do the Following?

Hi,
I’m looking to replace GridFX because it isn’t working properly with a new theme.

Can you tell me if Ultimate Post Grid can do the following? The link is my current page with GridFx but with my old theme.

I need to be able to:

display posts by category.

have a button instead of “Read More” that says something like “Tell me More”

display Created Date and Updated Date

display two custom fields. I’m currently using the excerpt field for one of them, so that’s fine as long as it will show me the excerpt field, not x words from the content. Also if there is no excerpt field, it needs to show nothing.

customize by category (I’m ok editing the code for this).

So in the link,
Fostered In comes from a custom field
Neutered Males comes from the excerpt field
The two posts under Special are a different category. They have a blank excerpt field and custom field, and I changed the code so that they do not show the created and updated date.

Can Ultimate Post Grid do these things?
