    I will be creating a stream of weekly newsletters. When new subscribers [free, no charge to subscribe] signup, I want to start them with newsletter #1, then each week send the next in line.
    That means continually, subscribers will be getting different letters, depending on how long ago they signed up.

    Can I accomplish this with this plugin?

    Yes, you can do that! When you go to create a new Newsletter, choose the “Automatically” type. Then you the rules: When…Someone subscribes to the list… and then define the interval.

    You should create various automatically newsletter for each week you need.
