Can this plugin link quantities of different products?

Hello, I am trying to find a solution to my problem. Lets say I have a type of liquid I sell in two different size small bottles. And I fill those small bottles per order from one main big bottle. Can this plugin keep stock of the main big bottle that is used to fill those smaller bottles sizes. Since the stock is going to be varied depending on which size bottle was ordered by the customer, and I only want to keep the stock of main big bottle. It sounds confusing but I don’t know how to explain it better.
