Can this track specific users so I know what page they visited and on what date?

I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to track specific users who have logged Ito the site. I need to know:
1) What pages did they visit and
2) What day did they visit
This is for compliance — so we’re trying to make sure clients have viewed legal doc every two months.
