can trackback others, but can’t track mine…

i can trackback other people’s posts, fine.

but when i go to my old blog and do a test trackback to a post on my new blog; it doesn’t work..

when i do a test from redalt.com that works! but nowhere else does…

can anybody shed any light on the matter ?? …?
