Can uploaded wp site show on my computers, but not the clients?

  • I have a site, https://healthy-diet-solutions.com/, that views perfectly from all of my 3 computers, plus 2 outside computers that I tried.

    Client states that he can not view anything on this URL.

    Can someone please let me know:
    1) can you view the site?
    2) what possible explanations/problems can cause him not to be able to view it?

    Update… problem seems to be when you type the url with www preceeding the domain name. If it does not automatically redirect to https://healthy-diet-solutions.com, it gives a generic screen.

    How do you correct the problem with the www not routing us to the correct url? or displaying the website?

    I’m wondering if having the www in your blog address would make any difference. Have you taken a look at your addresses to see if they contain the “www.” prefix?
