Can users be deleted based upon a string within their email address?

Yes, we don’t have functionality delete users based on string within email address. But its already there in WP’s default feature, you can filter user list by partial email string and after that proceed with delete them.

We had focussed on bulk delete using roles, user registered interval etc. “Delete by user email and name” is already there in our TODO list and we will release it in our upcoming releases.

The standard feature does not process all users. I found that in practice it allows processing of only 350 users or so; the maximum that it states that it allows is 999 (in Screen Options).
