Can users book same day and time?

Dear support
I am looking for an appointment plugin where users can book a specific day and time since Oct 2017 to Oct 2018 with time slots of twenty minutes long during 24/7. Users should be able to book any day and time no matter if the day and time it has already been booked, I mean users could book any day and time and be able to see the days and times as available or occupied (but with possibility to book them anyway).

Could you tell me if with this plugin (or its PRO version) I’ll be able to achieve this?
