Can Users Upload Photos from frontend?

    Hello Sir,
    I heard, searched and read about your plugin. But despite the fact that I’ve read about your plugin, I’m still confused and lost about what your plugin can do for me.

    What I want is this–
    I want users to be able to submit Pictures/Photos to my site through the Front end, and these Photos will appear in a Section of my site as a Photo Gallery.

    Is this what your plugin does?
