• I was wondering, we have a scenario, for all our members, we automatically create registration for them in BuddyBoss

So Basically for those users who are created automatically on the backend. Is it possible for them to then login to their profiles using the social login tool ? Is that option even possible ?

How would they be able to login with their social network accounts, if the account itself is not created by the users. But created by the admins of the site on the backend ?

    Hello,

Just to understand what you’re saying, you create automatically BuddyBoss accounts to your users and you will link to link their social login so they can use them to log into their BuddyBoss account ?
In the WordPress plugin, into Settings Tab, you have an option called “Show the Social Link buttons in the user profile?” . This will show social networks icons in their profile page (when logged). By clicking on them, it will link their social networks to the existing account so later, if you set Social Login, they will have the possibility to use their traditional login way (email/pass) and the social networks that they have linked.

If you want more liberty on Social Link, you can also try to integrate by yourself, so you will be free to include anywhere you want, you can take a look at our documentation : https://docs.oneall.com/services/implementation-guide/social-link/

    Best regards,
    Damien
