Can videos be automatically updated?

I have a blip.tv feed. I know how to embed a video onto my site, but is it possible either through some sort of plug in to allow the viewer to see videos on my webpage as soon as I have them uploaded? Something like how an RSS feed would work, only as a video is updated at Blip, it would carry over and update on my web page.
