Can't View Any Pages from Dashboard

I can log in fine but any click on an item in the Dashboard gives me the “This has been disabled” message.

I’ve used this plugin on the test version of this site and everything worked fine. The only difference being that the Home and Site url are different on the production site (they are the same for both on the test site).

Any suggestions?
