Can't view site, can't log into dashboard

If you have FTP access, I would do a manual update. Ensure that you updated ALL of the WordPress files. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update

I am able to do one of those things using FTP and no luck with it.

Have you contacted your host to see if they can help?

Guess that’ll be the next step, out of ideas at this point. Thanks for the help though.

Well, now I am able to get back into my dashboard and edit posts, but now I can’t see most of the buttons on top of my text box:
