Can we agree this theme is a joke?

    Can’t even add a favicon without a workaround. Shut this theme down, other web companies would be bankrupt if they made themes like this.

    Hi @jkp1122 ! Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

    The default themes(including 2023), are made to be a showcase of the technological and design innovation in every WordPress release, and to serve as an example to theme developers and users about what is possible. In cases like (adding a favicon), it’s best to use an appropriate plugin, or creating a child theme for your specific use case.

    That being said, the team is continually looking for feedback as a way to improve things. If you have any more specific issues with the theme, please share those here, so they can be used to further improve things for everyone.

    And if a problem happens, the theme becomes sh*t because the developers don’t respond to questions. Seems poor quality developers.

    Hi @delrod. I’m not sure what you mean by that, but you can open a support ticket and ask questions. This is a free and open-source software, so any help would depend on the availability of volunteers, but most questions are answered.
