Can we create dating website in one or two days?

So I read in a website dedicated for wordpress that by buying some wordpress dating themes, we can build a dating website without much investment in 2 days. In the post it was also explained that these themes come with the plugins that can give features like chat, groups everything in a click.

Is this true? Should I go for the theme?
