    Hi Jeff!

Gos, didn’t even know they did this. Probably no one else knows either apart for experts like you and – bad players!

So for a site that sells say on clickbank and has to self-host their TY page and downloads… anyone can attach this to a URL and find all hidden pages, even if un-indexed by SE.

I checked on some of my sites. I use RankMath SEO to control indexing etc but still all is available thanks to WP. Disgusting. They should have a tab to fine tune, exclude etc.

I typically use RankMath SEO to control what gets indexed or NOT. However, the un-indexable pages don’t exist in the XML so when I need to preload cache there’s a problem. Must manually add every page. And sometimes can only add an XML sitemap/s not pages. So must hand-build this. and alter all the time.

Would be great to be able to exclude pages or sitemap types, like e-landing-pages [Elementor Pro’s lander CPT] etc.
‘Cause it IS convenient having it to extract URLs I can then feed to say Simply Static plugin, or to Super Page Cache for CF plugin, vs making a page even is private, that outputs a Sitemap as that typically has page titles hyperlinked. Or to right click on page lists in admin to save link. And create a custom XML .

But even better if you could do magic code that allows this WP XML to exist – but only private to admin.

Or is there another solution to easily extract all page, CPT, post URLs when I need it and don’t want this WP sitemap outputs?

    Thannk you!

Hey TekGirlyMama, glad to help. The plugin is very basic and simply disables all WP sitemap functionality. To go further and customize which pages are included/excluded, it can be done with custom code. For all the details and copy/paste code snippets, check out my tutorial on customizing WP Sitemaps. Let me know if any questions!
