@atmaram The plugin automatically backs up the original image which can be restored to original when needed.

If you are specifically looking to save the image as a different image I would suggest using a Media File Copy plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/lh-copy-media-file/ (albeit a bit old, it might work)
