Can we enable billing addresses to be located in a country we do not ship to?

    Hi,
    Can we enable billing addresses to be located in a country we do not ship to?
    to make sure credit card details match with the billing address details

    there are some countries we temporarily cannot ship to for example customers from canada want to put their billing address where their card is registered then ship to an address in a different country we can ship to

    is it possible? is there a way around it? or an additional plugin?

    Yes, you can specify billing countries and shipping countries under WooCommerce > Settings > General > General Options.
