Can we have discount % on product price?

1. Can we have discount percentage wherever it is required like archives product page cart etc

When I visit your shop page, I do see the percentage discount. Is this something you were able to get sorted out? If not, do you mind elaborating some?

2. Can sale price come first then regular price and then discount percentage?

This is a reference link in which i have pointed with the arrows what i need to achieve in woocommerce. As of now it like:
Regular price then sale price then no discount percentage
I want:
Sale price then regular price then discount percentage.
