Can we schedule or call with cron?

Using Media Cleaner, I have confirmed over 200,000 images that need to be removed from the database and physically.

The max records you can select per page is 999 and selecting Delete All does not seem to work (I assume the large amount of records).

Is there a way to call this via cron every 15 min. or something similar as it is very tedious to manually delete 999 at a time.

Please advise.
