can we turn off reading tweets from inside wp? Reduce Load

  • For load considerations I would like to turn off the viewing of my own and follower’s tweets from within wordpress.

    I do not need to see these tweets and it is just added load on my server and space in my DB…

    I would rather not hack at the code and providing the option to turn this off would be a value to a lot of people

    I have seen people say that load has taken down sites.. not sure they meant what I am requesting but I definitely can do without extra load and transfer…
