Can WooCommerce delete pages?

I also have a problem with WOOCOMMERCE DATABASE UPDATE. it is updating forever … it never ends. also I have an issue with accessing the products page from the admin. I need an urgent solution for this matter.

Well, that’s strange, let’s check if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. So please, provide us the following:

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

Hello @gabrielfuentes I’m pretty sure this could be the client itself, but he told me he has not modified anything on the WordPress pages recently.

I have found also that the pages were updated on the same day Jan 17 22:39, this information is taken from the date column on pages list.

There are no real modifications on those pages but the Last Modified date was updated. This is also really strange as when you manually delete a page on WordPress, the Last Modified date is not updated.

There are no error logs on WooCommerce.

Thank you for providing the System status.

A possible reason that it might be showing a different date is that the page was modified and then deleted.

Upon checking your System Status everything seems to be in order. But I would like to recommend you to always update your WooCommerce and WordPress up to the latest versions.

For this case, what I would do, is to install the Simple History plugin, so in case that this happens again, you can check if someone deleted it or was due to a conflict within your themes/plugin. Here is a direct link to that plugin:
