Can WP be used as a status checking thing?

Is there any feature, plugin for WP that will do this
1) Guests go to a special page where they enter id/pass into a special input box
2) The return message will be different depending on the “group” each id belongs to.

I like to control this list of id/pass/group from the WP control board.

Anyone knows of something like this?
