Can you add an auto-insert position?

Hi! Hoping for an additional auto insert position to be added to the options.

I have over 200 posts and don’t want to go into each one individually to add a manual TOC. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to add AFTER FIRST IMAGE. This is an ideal location for a TOC for food bloggers.
