Can you add event to your calendar

Hi. I’m project manager on web project.
Does this calendar plugin allow users to “join” an event? if a user “joins” will the event be added to their calendar (outlook, gmail etc.) – will the user be prompted to say which calendar they want to synch it to? (eg: outlook, gmail etc.)
Is there an accept or tentative accept option?
Is there a way to “categorise” an event – and have these “colour coded”? So INTERNAL event is a category and highlighted in blue and EXTERNAL event is a category and highlighted in red?
Is there a way to see who has accepted the meeting?
Can the administrator remove an event added by another user?
